Group/Private/Online Classes
I teach classes for every level, and each class is meant to provide a physical and mental challenge. The classes are heated 104 degrees with 40% humidity so this is hot yoga. The style of yoga I primarily teach is based on the hatha tradition. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. BRING WATER, and a MAT TOWEL, and a smile
Private
This is just you and me working on the specific things of your practice that matter to you. If you want to go to new places in your practice lets do it. Offered in 60 min blocks I will partner with you to create a plan that works for you and meets your needs. This can be done in person or online.

Hot Yoga Glow
Mondays, Thursdays
7:15pm – 8:15pms
The lights are low, and black lights are high. In this mixed level class we focus on the breath first then the movements. Even though it feels like a rave the peace that comes with balances it all out.
Hot Yin
Fridays
7:15pm – 8:15pm
After a long week of life and physical challenges this calls is meant to help slow you down. We focus on three key areas. Holding poses for time, playing our edges, and finding stillness. It is meditative in nature and designed to leave you feeling calm and refreshed.
Tru Flow 90
Sunday
9:30am – 11:00am
You get all with this 90 minute full body and mind work out and work in. I strongly recommend this one if you have never done hot yoga before since it will give a well rounded experience on what to expect.
